Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted only before shipment or production. Full refunds will be issued upon cancellation. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is needed. Returns must be sent to the address provided by us.

Shipping fees are charged only once per order, including returns. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
